Macmahon strives to offer long term, rewarding careers to our apprentices, with many of its trade qualified employees having started their careers at Macmahon as apprentices.
The majority of apprenticeships are offered in the Heavy Duty Plant Mechanic trade on a yearly basis. Additionally, a smaller number of Fabrication (Boilermaker) apprenticeships are also offered each year. Electrical (Auto) apprenticeships are offered every second year.
